Foam has a compressive strength of 60lbs per square inch. Not only can you walk on it, but you can run on it and jump on it as well. So yes, you can walk on foam roofs to service any of your equipment.

Most minor foam repairs can be fixed with urethane caulk. The urethane caulk bonds to the urethane foam forming a permanent moisture barrier. That’s it!!

If repairs are needed and are not covered under warranty, (example: Tenant Improvements, etc…) we will come out and repair roof for standard maintenance call, which costs $250 – $800 unless an emergency call is needed.

Foam is a closed cell product and will not absorb water. Ask your salesman for a sample and see for yourself.

Polyurethane foams have one of the highest insulating R-values per inch of all the available products on the market today. With typical values ranging from 6.0 to 7.0 per inch, it is possible to maximize efficiency, increase space utilization and reduce operating costs, while having thinner walls and a lower profile roofs.

Studies show that increasing the thickness of your roof insulation by 1″ or more above the ASHRAE required thickness significantly reduces your energy costs.

Energy studies performed by Texas A & M on their own roofs show the energy cost reductions obtained by applying SPF to more than 8 million square feet of roofing paid for the cost of the retrofit in a little over three years.

Cool roofs (using reflective plastic coverings over SPF insulated roofs) bounce sunlight and radiant heat away from a building, helping the structure stay cool and reducing energy use for cooling.

Foam roofing produces energy savings of 30% or greater when compared to the alternative roofing systems. The cost of the roof can be easily recovered in under 5 years, simply through these energy savings alone!

For over 50 years, professionals have trusted Silicone roof coatings to deliver durable, long-lasting building solutions. A silicone roof coating system is a fast, efficient and economical alternative to traditional roofing systems.

Silicone roof coating is 100% liquid based flexible silicone, allowing it to expand and contract without compromising its integrity, helping prevent leaks that may result in mold, mildew, wood rot and rust. A white silicone coating also reflects the sun’s rays to better control inside temperatures. Unlike acrylic, asphaltic and carbon-based polymer chains, silicone is completely UV stable, providing the maximum long-term performance against weather and atmospheric conditions.

While acrylic coatings tend to fail at the seams, penetrations and edges, especially where water ponds, Silicone roof coatings stand up to ponding water creating a waterproof seal.

Yes! Using only 100% silicone components such as silicone caulking or “seam sealer” (which are chemically and adhesively compatible) you can easily repair any silicone roof without the need for complete tear off or removal.

Energy savings versus a traditional asphalt roof (BUR) can be as great as 35% on summer cooling costs. Silicone roof coatings offer excellent color retention and reflectivity with a silicone polymer that is UV stable. By remaining flexible with daily and seasonal temperatures throughout the life of the building, this system offers best-in-class elongation, both initially and after decades of exposure.
